    Este estudio está organizado teniendo en cuenta dos aspectos centrales. En primer lugar, se presenta el análisis de recomendaciones de Organismos Internacionales con respecto a las políticas educativas, para ello, se toman documentos de divulgación y sus directrices. En segundo lugar, se analiza el vínculo entre dichas tradiciones y el Estado de la provincia de San Luis, se establecen relaciones entre la creciente tendencia en la generación de políticas orientadas a sistemas educativos innovadores y los Formatos Escolares de las Escuelas Públicas Digitales (EPD) y las Escuelas Generativas (EG). La investigación se enmarca en una lógica cualitativa, se basa en el estudio de los casos EPD y EG. Se tomaron fuentes documentales para el análisis, como documentos oficiales, normativas, circulares y proyectos institucionales.

    This research is organized taking into account two aspects. First of all, the analysis of some assumptions of international organizations regarding educational policies arepresented. Disclosure documents and their guidelines are mentioned. Next, the relationship between these traditions and the State of the province of San Luis is analyzed. For this, the links between the growing trend in the generation of policies aimed at innovative educational systems and the School Formats of Digital Public Schools and Generative Schoolsare studied.The research is framed within a qualitative logic. It is based on the study of EPD and EG cases. Documentary sources were taken for the analysis, such as official documents, regulations, institutional memosand institutional projects.
