Resumen de New Algae in the Upper Jurassic and Lower Cretaceous in the Bicaz Valley, East Carpathians (Romania)
The following new algae are described from the Upper Jurassic and Lower Cretaceous in the Bicaz Valley (East Carpathians): Griphoporella piae n. sp., "Macroporella" praturloni n. sp., Pianella johnsoni n. sp., P. exilis n. sp., Radoiciciella subtitis n. gen. n. sp. (Dasycladaceae); Globochaete spinosa n. sp., (Protococcaceae); Arabicordium jurassicum n. sp., A. elongatus n. sp., A. orientalis n. sp., Cayeuxia anae n. sp., C atanasiui n. sp., C. elliotti n. sp., Ortonella lemoineae n. sp., (Codiaceae); Lithophyllum? maslovi n. sp., (Melobesioideae) and Lacrymorphus barremianus n. sp. (Problematicae) A series of taxonomic and systematic remarks are made of the following types of algae: Carpathoporella fontis (Patrulius), Amphiroa carpiana (Dragastan) and "Clypeina" parvissima Dragastan.
