    Cada vez más la sociedad es consciente de la necesidad de garantizar una perspectiva de género adecuada, y en ella, los estudiantes son el grupo idóneo para ello. Y, especialmente, cuando se trata de estudiantes de Derecho o Relaciones Laborales y Recursos Humanos. De ahí, la necesidad de que el profesorado adopte una nueva metodología de enseñanza –aprendizaje que garantice una adecuada visión de género entre el alumnado. En este trabajo se expone la experiencia llevada a cabo mediante la utilización de la metodología de Aprendizaje Basado en Retos con perspectiva de género. La cual consiste en la presentación de retos prácticos como metodología activa donde el alumnado promueve por sí mismo su aprendizaje, con una actitud reflexiva y cívica. Desde la curiosidad y el análisis de la realidad que les rodea, el alumnado intenta buscar solución a un problema de su entorno. Todo ello sin olvidar la presente situación en la que se encuentra la mujer trabajadora, el problema real de la corresponsabilidad, la discriminación por razón de género.

    Society is increasingly aware of the need to guarantee an adequate gender perspective, and in it, students are the ideal group for it. And, especially, when it comes to students of Law or Labor Relations and Human Resources. Hence, the need for teachers to adopt a new teaching-learning methodology that guarantees an adequate vision of gender among students. In this work, it is exposed the experience carried out through the use of the learning methodology based on challenges with a gender perspective. In this way, it is based on the presentation of practical challenges as an active methodology where students promote their learning by themselves, with a reflective and civic attitude. From curiosity and the analysis of the reality that surrounds them, the students try to find a solution to a problem in their environment. All this without forgetting the present situation in which working women find themselves, the real problem of co-responsibility, discrimination based on gender.
