    El objetivo general de la investigación fue analizar los retos y desafíos en la educación básica postpandemia en Ecuador. La metodología que se utilizó fue el enfoque cuantitativo, mediante la indagación, recolección y análisis crítico documental y referencial bibliográfico, basándose en la exploración metódica, rigurosa y profunda de diversas fuentes documentales tales como investigaciones científicas, artículos y trabajos arbitrados entre otros, describiendo los hallazgos encontrados. Los investigadores planificaron el trabajo investigativo, cuya población de estudio estuvo conformada principalmente por documentos-bibliográficos, relacionados con el tema tratado. Además, se aplicó el método inductivo-deductivo. Se concluye que los retos y desafíos en la educación básica postpandemia en Ecuador, deben convocar a una revisión y replanteamiento de las políticas públicas en materia educativa, que permita fortalecer las debilidades encontradas durante la pandemia. Deberá incluir y diseñar nuevas formas de enseñar que involucre los valores personales, manejo de herramientas tecnológicas en distintos ambientes de aprendizaje.

    The general objective of the research was to analyze the challenges in post-pandemic basic education in Ecuador. The methodology used was the quantitative approach, through inquiry, collection and critical documentary and bibliographic reference analysis, based on the methodical, rigorous and deep exploration of various documentary sources such as scientific research, articles and refereed works, among others, describing the findings. The researchers planned the research work, whose study population consisted mainly of bibliographic documents related to the subject under study. In addition, the inductive-deductive method was applied. It is concluded that the challenges and challenges in post-pandemic basic education in Ecuador should call for a review and rethinking of public policies in education, to strengthen the weaknesses found during the pandemic. It should include and design new ways of teaching that involve personal values, management of technological tools in different learning environments.
