    La investigación tiene como objetivo exponer la problemática que se vive den- tro de los centros penitenciarios en México, que es el tema de la drogadicción y sus consecuencias en la no consolidación de la reinserción social. Esto debi- do a que se vulnera el derecho humano a la salud (física y psicológica). En di- cha investigación se contempla demostrar, que, mediante el juicio de amparo, se pueda obligar a las autoridades penitenciarias a crear una política de drogas que garantice el derecho a la salud y se brinde un tratamiento oportuno a las personas privadas de su libertad, que sufren alguna adicción por el consumo de drogas en los centros de reinserción social, con el objetivo de que se garan- tice: I. salud; II. reinserción social; y, III. La no reincidencia delictiva

    The objective of the research is to expose the problems that are experienced within the penitentiary centers in Mexico, which is the issue of drug addiction and its consequences in the non-consolidation of social reintegration. This is because the human right to health (physical and psychological) is viola- ted. Said investigation contemplates demonstrating that, through the amparo trial, the prison authorities can be forced to create a drug policy that guaran- tees the right to health and provide timely treatment to persons deprived of their liberty, who suffer from an addiction due to drug use in social reinte- gration centers, with the aim of guaranteeing their I. health; II. their social reinsertion; and, III. Non-criminal recidivism.
