  La Universidad ha de educar a futuros docentes como agentes de transformación social comprometidos con los desafíos mundiales del siglo XXI. Por ello, se presenta una investigación evaluativa del proceso formativo desarrollado en el marco del Máster en Profesorado en un contexto condicionado por el COVID-19. Los objetivos se centran en comprobar si la formación recibida por el alumnado para enseñar Geografía en Secundaria generó cambios en la construcción de su identidad docente. Se diseñó una investigación cualitativa basada en el análisis de contenido de las producciones del alumnado y de entrevistas semiestructuradas. Estas técnicas e instrumentos se utilizaron para comprobar si se fraguó una formación de docentes críticos y transformadores. Como conclusión, a pesar de las resistencias iniciales y las dudas ocasionadas por la crisis sanitaria, los efectos de la formación fueron beneficiosos para empoderar a un profesorado que ha de enseñar a pensar espacialmente en un mundo complejo e incierto

  The University must educate future teachers as agents of social transformation committed to the global challenges of the 21st century. An evaluation of the training process developed within the framework of the Master in Teaching in a context conditioned by the COVID-19 is presented. The objectives focus on checking whether the training received to teach Geography in Secondary, generated changes in the construction of their teaching identity. Qualitative research was designed based on content analysis of student productions and semi-structured interviews. These techniques and tools were used to test whether critical and transformative teacher training was developed. Despite the initial resistance and doubts caused by the health crisis, the effects of the training were beneficial to empower teachers who should teach to think spatially in a complex and uncertain world
