  • Resumen
    • Covid-19, the modern pandemic and deadly disease that affects and endangers the lives of people ofall genders and all ages worldwide, is a pandemic that is related in severity and mortality to the plagueof the 14th century. However, the focus is not on this correlation, as it is mentioned to better understand the modern, current pandemic in the public. What is correlated and studied is covid-19 andthe quarantine burn-out of public service workers. The pandemic, therefore, forced many countriesworldwide to be placed under a global lockdown, with the psychological consequences of incarcerated people who were asked to work online now to be negative and affect their professional efficiency, given the intense stress they were now experiencing in the context of quarantine burn-out.
