Resumen de Influencia de las herramientas estadísticas en el periodismo de datos en universidades

  Este articulo surge con el objetivo de investigar la influencia de las herramientas estadísticas en el periodismo de datos, en Universidades privadas. La metodología se basa en un diseño descriptivo, correlacional-causal. La muestra fue probabilística conformado por 98 estudiantes a quienes se les aplicó los instrumentos validados y confiables con juicio de expertos y el Coeficiente de alfa Cronbach. Los resultados muestran que más de un 60% de estudiantes del total presentaron niveles medios en el uso de herramientas estadísticas para el periodismo de datos. Se concluyó que sí existe influencia con vínculo preponderante.

  This article arises with the objective of investigating the influence of statistical tools in data journalism, in private universities. The methodology is basic, with a descriptive, correlational-causal design. The sample was probabilistic, made up of 98 students to whom the validated and reliable instruments were applied with expert judgment and the Cronbach Alpha Coefficient. The results show that more than 60% of the total students presented medium levels in the use of statistical tools for data journalism. It was concluded that there is influence with a preponderant link.
