    La tecnología y los perfiles de usuarios emergentes han inaugurado interesantes escenarios para la ideación de nuevos formatos periodísticos y comunicativos. La Inteligencia Artificial (IA) y las propuestas de gamificación potencian la creación de piezas informativas que exploten las posibilidades del ciberespacio y que, al mismo tiempo, se adapten a los nuevos destinatarios. A partir de tres proyectos de investigación y mediante una metodología basada en el estudio de caso, el trabajo destaca que estos desarrollos tecnológicos permiten renovar los formatos habituales del periodismo y concluye que poseen un gran potencial informativo, formativo y de sensibilización.

    Technology and emerging user profiles have opened up interesting scenarios for the ideation of new journalistic and communicative formats. Artificial Intelligence (AI) and gamification proposals boost the creation of informative pieces that exploit the possibilities of cyberspace and, at the same time, adapt to new audiences. Based on three research projects and using a methodology based on case studies, the study highlights the fact that these technological developments make it possible to renew the usual formats of journalism and concludes that they have great informative, educational and awareness-raising potential.
