El objetivo de este trabajo consiste en demostrar las características de los verbos irregulares del Guarani; como también, presentar una lista de verbos aireales. El Guarani es una lengua con una notable regularidad en casi todos sus verbos, apenas existen seis verbos irregulares que son: a (caer) – u (comer) – y’u (beber) - ju (venir) – ha (ir) - e (decir), de los cuales, el último: “e” (decir), es absolutamente irregular (en las partículas de númẽero y persona y en el verbo propiamente dicho). Por otra parte, el Guarani también tiene una cantidad de verbos regulares que en su conjugación anteponen el prefijo "i" al verbo; es decir, el prefijo "i" se interpone entre las partículas de número y persona y el verbo. Dicha "i" recibe el nombre de partícula eufónica.

The purpose of this paper is to demonstrate the characteristics of irregular verbs in Guarani, as well as to present a list of aural verbs. Guarani is a language with a remarkable regularity in almost all its verbs. There are only six irregular verbs: a (to fall) -u (to eat) -y'u (to drink) -ju (to come) -ha (to go) -e (to say), of which the last one, "e" (to say), is absolutely irregular (in the number and person particles and in the verb itself). On the other hand, Guarani also has a number of regular verbs that in their conjugation prefix "i" to the verb; that is, the prefix "i" is interposed between the particles of number and person and the verb. This "i" is called the euphonic particle.
