    La seconde moitié du XXe siècle marque le début des théories traductologiques. La plupart des approches qui ont apparu à partir de cette époque sont conçues sous un point de vue général (la juritraductologie exceptée). Ainsi, l’objectif de ce travail est la réalisation d’un parcours historique des différentes approches traductologiques afin de les lier à la traduction juridique. Plus spécifiquement, nous nous focalisons sur les théories permettant de mettre en avant l’importance des paramètres culturels en traduction juridique. Nous partons, donc, du plus général, comme l’approche linguistique, pour arriver aux études plus spécifiques à notre domaine, comme la juritraductologie.

    The second half of the 20th century marks the beginning of translatological theories. Most of the approaches that emerged in this period (apart from juritraductology) are conceived from a general point of view. Thus, the aim of this study is to offer a historical overview of the different translatological approaches to relate them to legal translation. More specifically, we focus on the theories that concentrate on the importance of cultural factors in legal translation. We therefore move from the most general, such as the linguistic approach, to more specific studies in our field, such as juritraductology.
