El emprendimiento universitario desde un enfoque sistémico

    La presente investigación fue realizada en las universidades de Santa Marta, Colombia, con el propósito de conocer las características del sistema emprendedor universitario. La episteme fue sistémica, con un tipo de investigación descriptivo, donde se hizo trabajo de campo de corte transversal, en donde se realizaron 25 entrevistas a docentes de emprendimiento de las diferentes universidades de la ciudad de Santa Marta. El método sistémico apoyado por los componentes hermenéuticos arrojo que los ecosistemas de empren-dimiento universitarios en Santa Marta son: abiertos, determinísticos, simples, con poca interacción entre sus elementos; con apariencia de entropía no relacionada con el desgaste del sistema, sino por los sistemas de emprendimiento incipientes. En cuanto a la homeostasis, los ecosistemas universitarios del Magdalena, a excepción del Servicio Nacional de Aprendizaje (SENA), son pocos los que presentan esta condición, no logran ponerse al servicio de los emprendedores del departamento. Por último, la autopoyesis de los sistemas de emprendimiento universitarios, no generan los ingresos necesarios para ser auto-sostenibles y reproducibles.

    The present investigation was carried out in the universities of Santa Marta, Colombia, with the purpose of knowing the characteristics of the university entrepreneurial system. The episteme was systemic, with a descriptive type of research, where cross-sectional field work was carried out where 25 interviews were conducted with entrepreneurship teachers from the different universities of the city of Santa Marta. The systemic method supported by the hermeneutic components showed that the university entrepreneurship ecosystems in Santa Marta are: open, deterministic, simple, with little interaction between its elements; with the appearance of entropy not related to system wear; but by the incipient entrepreneurship systems. Regarding homeostasis, the university ecosystems of Magdalena, with the exception of the National Lear-ning Service (SENA), are few that present this condition, they fail to put themselves at the service of the department’s entrepreneurs. Finally, the autopoiesis of university entrepreneurship systems do not generate the necessary income to be self-sustaining and reproducible.
