  • The main goal of this paper is to address the didactics of certain historical events that took place during the 20th century through short, animated films of a propagandistic nature. For this purpose, the selected films are Mezhplanetnaya revolyutsiya and Education for Death. The former is suitable to explain the Russian Revolution and the Soviet Communist regime, while the latter is suitable to explore Nazism. Both their animated nature and short duration make them very useful tools for the teaching this content at different educational levels.
