Resumen de La educación inicial inclusiva en el contexto ecuatoriano

  La presente investigación tuvo como objetivo analizar la concepción de la educación inicial inclusiva en el Estado ecuatoriano, partiendo de sus fundamentos y políticas gubernamentales. Este estudio se realizó bajo el paradigma positivista y desde un enfoque cuantitativo, siendo una investigación documental-bibliográfica. Las unidades de análisis estuvieron conformadas por instrumentos legales, manuales e instructivos de la política educativa del Estado, tesis y artículos científicos pertenecientes a revistas arbitradas, entre otros, considerando perspectivas alusivas al tema. Como conclusión, se determina que, según los estatutos del Estado ecuatoriano, la educación inicial inclusiva cuenta con la suficiente estructura y marco legal necesario para su desarrollo efectivo, incluyendo aspectos de capacitación para el profesional de las instituciones educativas, lo que supone la garantía de la verdadera educación para todos, quedando como aspecto para la reflexión considerar la praxis en la realidad actual.

  The objective of this research was to analyze the conception of inclusive early education in the Ecuadorian State, starting from its foundations and governmental policies. This study was conducted under the positivist paradigm and from a quantitative approach, being a documentary-bibliographic research. The units of analysis consisted of legal instruments, manuals and instructions of the State's educational policy, theses and scientific articles belonging to refereed journals, among others, considering perspectives allusive to the subject. As a conclusion, it is determined that, according to the statutes of the Ecuadorian State, inclusive initial education has the sufficient structure and legal framework necessary for its effective development, including training aspects for the professionals of the educational institutions, which implies the guarantee of true education for all, leaving as an aspect for reflection to consider the praxis in the current reality.
