  En el presente trabajo de investigación se presenta la creación de la ruta turística gastronomía. Quisapincha, tiene un alto potencial turístico, aquí llegan variedad de turistas, principalmente de Pichincha. Por el crecimiento turístico que tiene la zona se han incrementado más almacenes de cuero. En el sector se siembran productos como: papas, cebollas, habas, arvejas, entre otros; los mismos que son comercializados en las ferias del lugar los días domingos y martes. Quisapincha también es reconocida por su comercialización de gallinas, conejos y borregos los mismos que también constituyen para su economía. Existen platos típicos que han perdido identidad debido a que las nuevas generaciones no conocen las recetas de estas preparaciones, debido a que no han quedado plasmados de forma escrita, razón por la cual se busca crear una Ruta Turística Gastronómica para la parroquia de Quisapincha que permitirá a los turistas conocer y degustar la gastronomía del sector.

  This research work presents the creation of the gastronomic tourist route. Quisapincha, has a high tourist potential, here come a variety of tourists, mainly from Pichincha. Due to the growth of tourism in the area, there has been an increase in the number of leather stores. In the sector, products such as potatoes, onions, beans, peas, among others, are grown and sold in the local fairs on Sundays and Tuesdays. Quisapincha is also known for its commercialization of chickens, rabbits and sheep, which also contribute to its economy. There are typical dishes that have lost their identity because the new generations do not know the recipes of these preparations, because they have not been written down, which is why it seeks to create a Gastronomic Tourist Route for the parish of Quisapincha that will allow tourists to know and taste the gastronomy of the sector.
