La inclusión de textos específicos para la mejora de la empleabilidad en asignaturas de grados universitarios

    Muchos estudiantes universitarios se enfrentan por primera vez a la búsqueda de empleo cuando acaban sus estudios de grado y, además, sin haber redactado nunca una carta de presentación o un currículum. Una formación transversal sobre este tipo de cuestiones debería estar presente en los estudios de grado, independientemente del área de conocimiento. En esta propuesta presentamos la integración de este tipo de textos específicos en el temario de tres asignaturas diferentes. Para ello, explicamos la metodología llevada a cabo, los resultados obtenidos y las conclusiones de esta propuesta docente.

    Many university students are faced with the job search for the first time when they finish their Bachelor’s degree and, moreover, without ever having written a cover letter or a résumé. A transversal training on this type of issues should be present in undergraduate studies, regardless of the area of knowledge. In this proposal, we present the integration of this type of specific texts in the syllabus of three different subjects. To do so, we explain the methodology used, the results obtained and the conclusions of this teaching proposal.
