    La concepción de la educación como proceso de: hominización, socialización y culturación, que se plasma en el Currículo Integral de formación universitaria de la Universidad Nacional de Educación Enrique Guzmán y Valle, es la base teórica que guía la presente investigación cuyo propósito es plantear un Sistema de tutoría para el Programa de Estudios de Matemática e Informática. De enfoque cualitativo, con el diseño fenomenológico hermenéutico, se aplicó como técnicas: la encuesta, entrevista y el análisis documental. Se diseñó el sistema con tres ejes, el primero una organización en dos niveles: La alta Dirección de la Universidad y sus unidades operativas de Bienestar universitario y la alta Dirección de la Facultad de Ciencias y sus Programas de Estudio. El segundo eje, un sub sistema de apoyo pedagógico en sus dimensiones: Académica, personal social y profesional, por último, el tercer eje son las políticas para el desarrollo de la tutoría en el Programa de Estudios de Matemática e Informática.

    The conception of education as a process of: hominization, socialization and culture, which is embodied in the Comprehensive Curriculum of university education of the Enrique Guzmán y Valle National University of Education, is the theoretical basis that guides this research whose purpose is to propose a Tutoring system for the Mathematics and Computer Studies Program. With a qualitative approach, with the hermeneutical phenomenological design, the following techniques were applied: the survey, interview and documentary analysis. The system was designed with three axes, the first an organization on two levels: The Senior Management of the University and its operational units of University Welfare and the Senior Management of the Faculty of Sciences and its Study Programs. The second axis, a sub system of pedagogical support in its dimensions: Academic, personal, social and professional, finally, the third axis is the policies for the development of tutoring in the Mathematics and Computer Studies Program.
