Herramientas sincrónicas, asincrónicas y desempeño docente en tiempo de pandemia

    Desde la aparición de la pandemia a causa del Covid 19, el sector educación tuvo migrar al uso de herramientas tecnológicas para llevar a cabo el proceso de enseñanza. El objetivo principal de la investigación fue determinar la incidencia de las herramientas sincrónicas y asincrónicas en el desempeño docente en tiempo de pandemia COVID 19. La investigación fue de enfoque cuantitativo, de tipo básica sustantiva, de diseño no experimental, correlacional, multivariable contó con la participación de 27 docentes, a quienes se les evaluó mediante tres instrumentos construidos en base a las tres variables, dimensiones e indicadores correspondientes. Existe incidencia significativa de las herramientas sincrónicas y asincrónicas en el desempeño docente en tiempo de pandemia COVID 19 de la Facultad de Pedagogía y Cultura Física de la UNE-EGyV, 2021. (F = 7,819 y p-value (sig.) igual a cero, es menor de ? = 0,05 (5%), asimismo según la correlación de r de Pearson = 0,628 (X1*Y) positiva alta y r de Pearson = 0,613 (X2*Y) positiva alta.

    Since the appearance of the pandemic due to Covid 19, the education sector had to migrate to the use of technological tools to carry out the teaching process. The main objective of the research was to determine the incidence of synchronous and asynchronous tools on teaching performance in times of the COVID 19 pandemic. The research had a quantitative approach, basic substantive type, non-experimental, correlational, multivariable design, with the participation of 27 teachers, who were evaluated using three instruments built based on the three variables, dimensions and corresponding indicators. There is a significant incidence of synchronous and asynchronous tools in teaching performance in times of the COVID 19 pandemic at the Faculty of Pedagogy and Physical Culture of the UNE-EGyV, 2021. (F = 7.819 and p-value (sig.) equal to zero , is less than ? = 0.05 (5%), also according to the correlation of Pearson's r = 0.628 (X1*Y) high positive and Pearson's r = 0.613 (X2*Y) high positive.
