    El Liber Iudiciorum fue una normativa concebida en primer lugar bajo la iniciativa de Recesvinto (c. 653-672), aunque en su libro XII, al referirse a judíos y conversos, expuso determinadas características del período visigodo que no estuvieron alejadas de la interconexión existente entre Monarquía e Iglesia.

    The Liber Iudiciorum was a regulation conceived in the first place under the initiative of Recceswinth (c. 653-672), although in its book XII, when referring to Jews and converts, it exposed certain characteristics of the Visigoth period that were not far from the existing interconnection between Monarchy and Church.
