    Este artículo aborda el tratamiento procesal de la competencia del tribunal. Esto es, cómo y cuándo será posible poner de manifiesto o discutir en derecho procesal español que sea el Tribunal del Jurado Popular competente para enjuiciar unos determinados hechos delictivos. Trataremos de mostrar cómo el Tribunal llega a ser competente con arreglo a las disposiciones de la LOTJ y la Ley de Enjuiciamiento Criminal. Cómo se llega a ser lo que se es. Seguiremos la cuestión en las fases de investigación, la fase intermedia y hasta la fase de juicio oral

    This article addresses the procedural treatment of the jurisdiction of the court.That is, how and when it will be possible to reveal or discuss in Spanish procedural law that the Court of the Popular Jury is competent to prosecute certain criminal acts. We will try to show how the Court becomes competent under the provisions of the LOTJ and the Criminal Procedure Law. How one becomes what one is. We will follow the matter in the investigation phases, the intermediate phase and even the oral trial phase
