    La integración optima a la comunidad de jóvenes en etapa de transición a la vida autosuficiente de Aldeas Infantiles se considera relacionada a factores internos y externos en cuanto a la institución y la sociedad como tales, planteándose como objetivo identificar los factores que promueven la integración óptima hacia la comunidad de los jóvenes de la Institución Aladeas Infantiles Oruro, Bolivia. El tipo de investigación realizada corresponde al descriptivo, trabajándose con tres grupos poblacionales: jóvenes en etapa de transición a la vida autosuficiente, jóvenes en etapa de independización de Aldeas Infantiles y profesionales del equipo técnico de la entidad, como métodos se utilizaron la encuesta y la entrevista que permitieron la recolección de información necesaria para la investigación. Las dimensiones consideradas fueron: el modelo utilizado en la institución y las etapas de transición e independización.  Respecto al modelo se tomaron las variables de conocimiento, aceptación, continuidad en la entidad durante el proceso y apoyo en este, para la etapa de transición las variables en relación a tenencia de vivienda, acceso a empleo, ingresos económicos, existencia de ahorros, acceso a plazas de convenios laborales y/o académicos existentes en la entidad, respecto a la etapa de independización se consideró suficiencia de plazas de convenios laborales y académicos en la organización y las condiciones de egreso a la vida independiente.

    The optimal integration into the community of young people in the transition stage to the self-sufficient life of Aldeas Infantiles is considered to be related to internal and external factors in terms of the institution and society as such, with the objective of identifying the factors that promote this process. The type of research carried out corresponds to the descriptive one, working with three population groups: young people in the transition stage to self-sufficient life, young people in the independence stage of Children's Villages and professionals from the entity's technical team, as methods the survey and the interview that allowed the collection of information necessary for the investigation. The dimensions considered were: the model used in the institution and the stages of transition and independence. Regarding the model, the variables of knowledge, acceptance, continuity in the entity during the process and support in this were taken, for the transition stages the variables in relation to housing ownership, access to employment, economic income, existence of savings, access to positions of existing labor and/or academic agreements in the entity, regarding the stage of independence, it was considered sufficiency of positions of labor and academic agreements in the organization and the conditions of graduation to independent life.
