    El objetivo fue analizar el entorno del producto destilado de agave tipo mezcal desarrollado por “Productores de agave y mezcal S.P.R. de R.L.” Se utilizó las técnicas PESTEL y PORTER, para mostrar la oportunidad de negocio. La investigación es de tipo no experimental, de carácter cualitativo y mixta. Los resultados muestran un producto de excelente calidad, alto consumo y precio competitivo, pero muchos factores giran alrededor de la obtención de la denominación de origen.

    The objective was to analyze the environment of the mezcal-type agave distillate product developed by “Agave and Mezcal Producers S.P.R. of R.L.” PESTEL and PORTER techniques were used to show the business opportunity. The research is non-experimental, qualitative and mixed. The results show a product of excellent quality, high consumption and competitive price, but many factors revolve around obtaining the appellation of origin.
