Plan curricular y el perfil del egresado de la facultad de enfermería de la universidad nacional Hermilio Valdizán Huánuco 2007

    Para determinar la relación entre el Plan Curricular y el perfil profesional del egresado de enfermería en estudio se diseñó un estudio correlacional con 21 egresados y 25 docentes de la Facultad de Enfermería de Universidad Nacional Hermilio Valdizán de Huánuco, durante el período de 2007. Los datos se obtuvieron de un cuestionario y test de evaluación de desempeño. Se realizó un análisis bivariado mediante el coeficiente de correlación de Pearson. Se muestra que el 71,4% de los egresados alcanzó un desempeño superior, el 28,6% de promedio y ningún egresado llegó al nivel de inferior. En la valoración de la situación curricular el 52,4% de los egresados señalan que no reviste de gravedad, mientras que los docentes en 52,0% aseguran un problema moderadamente grave. En cuanto a la correlación entre el plan curricular y el perfil profesional el coeficiente fue de 0,685 lo cual resultó significativa (P = 0,001). Y en las dimensiones de programación curricular y conducción y evaluación de asignaturas con el perfil del egresado resultaron con relaciones cuantitativas estadísticamente significativo (P < 0,05). Se concluye que la situación actual del Plan curricular y el perfil del egresado en enfermería evidencian relaciones significativas, en donde si la situación del Plan curricular avanza, también lo hace el desempeño del egresado.

    To determine the relation between the Curricular Plan and the professional profile of the withdrawn one of infirmary in study. A corelational study with 21 withdrawn was designed and 25 educational ones of the Faculty of Infirmary of National University Hermilio Valdizán of Huánuco, during the period of 2007. The data obtained from a questionnaire and test of performance evaluation. An analysis bivaried by means of the coefficient of PEARSON correlation was made. 71,4% of the withdrawn ones reached a superior performance, 28,6% of average and from no withdrawn it arrived at the level from inferior. In the valuation of the curricular situation 52,4% of the withdrawn ones indicate that it does not have with gravity, whereas the educational ones in 52, 0% assure a problem moderately burdens. As far as the correlation between the curricular plan and the professional profile the coefficient was of 0.685 which was significant (P = 0.001). And in the dimensions of curricular programming and conduction and evaluation of subjets with the profile of the withdrawn one they were with statistically significant quantitative relations (P< 0, 05). The present situation of the curricular Plan and the profile of the withdrawn one in infirmary demonstrate significant relations, in where the situation of the curricular Plan also advances makes the performance of the withdrawn one.
