Resumen de Educación Permanente en Salud: visiones de los equipos multiprofesionales de las unidades de salud de la familia: Permanent Education in Health: visions of the multiprofessional teams of the family health units

  Esta investigación tuvo como objetivo analizar la comprensión de equipos multidisciplinarios sobre Educación Permanente en Salud (EPS) en las Unidades de Salud de la Familia (USF). Investigación cualitativa cuyos datos fueron recolectados a través de entrevistas semiestructuradas y analizados según la Hermenéutica-Dialéctica. Se realizaron 50 entrevistas a los integrantes del equipo multidisciplinario. El análisis de datos permitió organizar cinco categorías analíticas: identificación y solución de problemas en la gestión del trabajo de los usuarios y para el aprendizaje del equipo multidisciplinario; sumar conocimientos para comprender, evaluar, actualizar y mejorar el proceso de trabajo; intercambiar experiencias, conocimientos y vínculos entre el equipo multiprofesional y los usuarios; desarrollar la educación en salud y entender la EPS como educación continua (EC). Fue posible estructurar las múltiples comprensiones sobre la EPS, así como la dificultad de los profesionales de  salud en diferenciar la EPS y la EC. Se recomienda, en este punto, la estructuración de estrategias que puedan viabilizar el desarrollo de la EPS en las USF del municipio, con base en la Ley 8080/90, sobre el PNEPS de 2004, y en sus lineamientos para la implementación del PNEPS de 2007 y el PNAB de 2017. Finalmente, se espera que los resultados de esta investigación brinden subsidios a otras instituciones para la reflexión e implementación de la EPS y la EC, con miras a desarrollar la formación de profesionales en gestión y atención en salud.

  This research aimed to analyze the understanding of multidisciplinary teams on Permanent Health Education (PHE) in Family Health Units (FHU). Qualitative research whose data was collected through semi-structured interviews and analyzed according to Hermeneutics-Dialectics. 50 interviews were conducted with the members of the multidisciplinary team. The data analysis allowed to organize five analytical categories: identification and solution of problems in the management of the users' work and for the learning of the multidisciplinary team; add knowledge to understand, evaluate, update and improve the work process; exchange experiences, knowledge and links between the multiprofessional team and users; develop health education and understand PHE as continuing education (CE). It was possible to structure the multiple understandings of PHE, as well as the difficulty of health professionals in differentiating PHE and CE. It is recommended, at this point, the structuring of strategies that can make viable the development of the PHE in the FHU of the municipality, based on Law 8080/90, on the PNEPS of 2004, and its guidelines for the implementation of the PNEPS of 2007 and the PNAB of 2017. Finally, it is expected that the results of this research will provide subsidies to other institutions for the reflection and implementation of PHE and CE, with a view to developing the training of professionals in management and health care.
