    En el presentetrabajopretendemos conocer, en el contexto de los hoteles de la ciudad de Córdoba(España), la relación de la variable precio con las variables más importantes con las que interactúa, fundamentalmente la distancia al centro de la ciudad, el tamaño de la habitación, si posee garaje, la piscina en su caso, si tiene ascensor, si posee spa, gimnasio, las estrellas que tiene, la puntuación que le dan los usuarios y las lenguas habladas.Por los resultados obtenidos y usando unametodología práctica y directa, podemosextrapolar muchas conclusiones al mundo empresarialy lo actualizamos en el contexto actual de lacrisis sanitaria derivada del Covid-19

    In this researchwe pretend torecognize, in the case of the hotels in the city of Cordoba, the relationship of the price variable with the most important variables with which it interacts, especially the distance to the city center, thesize of the room, if it has a garage, the swimming pool, if it has elevator, spa, gym, the starts that the hotel has, the score given by the users and the languages spoken.According to the resultsand using a practice and direct methodology, we can extrapolate several conclusions to the business world, and we update this study relating it to the current health crisis
