En el presente trabajo realizamos un breve recorrido por el género policial en Argentina, desde su origen hasta llegar a la obra de Ricardo Piglia. Durante el recorrido señalamos con especial atención las relaciones complejas entre escritura y lectura del género. Para ello, analizamos un linaje de detectives, investigadores o comisarios argentinos (Treviranus y Parodi de Jorge Luis Borges, Laurenzi de Rodolfo Walsh y Croce de Ricardo Piglia) que apelan a ciertas estrategias de lectura con el objetivo de crear un nuevo tipo de lector que sepa encontrar los secretos y las relaciones tejidas por el lenguaje

In this paper we carry out a brief tour of the police genre in Argentina, from its origin to the work of Ricardo Piglia. During the tour, we pay special attention to the complex relationships between writing and reading the genre. For this, we analyze a lineage of Argentine detectives, investigators or curators (Treviranus and Parodi by Jorge Luis Borges, Laurenzi by Rodolfo Walsh and Croce by Ricardo Piglia) who appeal to certain reading strategies with the aim of creating a new type of reader that he knows how to find the secrets woven by language.
