Los equipos de orientación escolar: análisis de las percepciones de los profesionales acerca de su funcionamiento

    La escuela secundaria está organizada en función de varios espacios organizacionales. Siendo el Equipo de Orientación Escolar uno de esos espacios, debe articular sus funciones con los demás estamentos de la estructura escolar. ¿Qué ocurre con la aparición del EOE en las instituciones educativas? ¿Cómo perciben los profesionales de la educación su funcionamiento y los roles que llevan a cabo sus integrantes? ¿Cómo desarrolla sus actividades el EOE en un colegio de gestión privada y en otro de gestión estatal? Este trabajo intenta dar respuestas a estos interrogantes, mediante el estudio y análisis en dos instituciones educativas, una estatal y otra privada, acerca de cómo perciben los profesionales de ambas organizaciones el funcionamiento del EOE. A través de un diseño metodológico de tipo descriptivo y naturaleza cualitativa, donde el instrumento prioritario será la entrevista semiestructurada, con un carácter interpretativo y comparativo, este estudio pretende responder los interrogantes planteados.

    The high school is organized around various organizational spaces. Since the School Guidance Team is one of those spaces, it must articulate its functions with the other levels of the school structure. What happens with the appearance of EOE in educational institutions? How do education professionals perceive its functioning and the roles carried out by its members? How does the EOE develop its activities in a Private Management College and in a State Management College? This work tries to give answers to these questions, through the study and analysis in two educational institutions, one State and the other Private, about how the professionals of both organizations perceive the operation of the EOE. Through a methodological design of a descriptive and qualitative nature, where the priority instrument will be the semi-structured interview, with an interpretative and comparative nature, this study aims to answer the questions posed.
