    Las innovaciones de Internet, no sólo están revolucionando la forma en que consumimos medios, y configurando el mercado de la comunicación, sino que también están generando una serie de conflictos legales en torno a los derechos que corresponden exclusivamente a los editores y los que se tienen que compartir por el mero hecho de estar en la red. En el presente artículo interesa analizar 1) Qué está pasando en las News 2.0. , 2) Las últimas reclamaciones de la prensa sobre “rss” y agregadores, la situación internacional del derecho de cita o revistas de prensa y 3) Los Derechos de los editores y autores en las plataformas iPAD u otras.

    Internet innovations are not only revolutionizing the way we consume media, and setting the communication market, but are also generating a series of legal disputes about the rights which belong exclusively to publishers and those who have be shared by the mere fact of being on the network. In this article we intend to analyze 1) What is happening in the News 2.0. 2) The latest claims in the press about "rss" and aggregators, the international situation of the right of appointment or press reviews and 3) the rights of publishers and authors in the IPAD or other platforms.
