Resumen de La importancia de la pedagogía laboral como profesión: retos en la era digital

  La Cuarta Revolución Industrial, unida a la digitalización, se está convirtiendo en una realidad para los trabajadores y empresas de todo el mundo. Por ello, este trabajo pretende reivindicar la importancia y la utilidad de la Pedagogía laboral y del pedagogo como profesional en los contextos actuales de transformación. Además, muestra la contextualización y evolución de la Pedagogía laboral y analiza sus retos en la era digital, desde la formación y la empresa, siendo la encargada de mejorar la cualificación de los trabajadores y las competencias que les permitan adaptarse a nuevas áreas de conocimiento. Este estudio evidencia cómo esta disciplina permanecerá como enlace entre educación y trabajo, y seguirá respondiendo a las necesidades de la práctica educativa y social, así como de los cambios que produce la era digital, que lejos de apartarla de sus funciones, aumentará la necesidad de su existencia.

  The Fourth Industrial Revolution, together with digitalization, is becoming a reality for workers and companies all over the world. For this reason, this research vindicates the importance and usefulness of labor pedagogy and the pedagogue in the current contexts of tranformation. It also shows the contextualization and evolution of labor pedagogy and analyses its challenges in the digital era, from training and from the Company, improving workers qualifications and the skills that allow them to adapt to new áreas of knowledge. This dissertation shows how this discipline will remain as a link between education and work, and that will continue to respond to the needs of educational and social practice, as well as to the changes produced by the digital era, which far from removing it from its functions, will increase the need for its existence.
