    La presente investigación es un artículo de revisión de los recursos educativos abierto en proceso de enseñanza-aprendizaje. En las últimas décadas del siglo XX y las dos primeras del siglo XXI, se han suscitado transformaciones significativas, las cuales representan cambios en el proceso de enseñanza-aprendizaje, tanto en docentes como en alumnos. Se vive en una sociedad donde el conocimiento es más importante, es por esto que hoy en día la educación juega un papel importante. De allí parte la importancia de los nuevos entornos escolares que exigen innovar, crear e implementar las estrategias necesarias y eficaces para una enseñanza de calidad, con la utilización de los Recursos Educativos Abiertos (REA), los cuales son elementos democráticos y de calidad, ya que facilitan las necesidades del contexto de la labor pedagógica y la utilización de las herramientas necesarias que estén al alcance de los educadores.

    The present investigation is a review article of the educational resources open in the teaching-learning process. In the last decades of the 20th century and the first two decades of the 21st century, significant transformations have taken place, which represent changes in the teaching-learning process, both for teachers and students. You live in a society where knowledge is more important, that is why today education plays an important role. Hence the importance of new school environments that require innovating, creating and implementing the necessary and effective strategies for quality teaching, with the use of Open Educational Resources (OER), which are democratic and quality elements, since that facilitate the needs of the context of pedagogical work and the use of the necessary tools that are available to educators.
