Resumen de Entornos virtuales de aprendizaje y práctica docente: Retos y perspectivas de los docentes del Ecuador

El objetivo fue Identificar los tipos de entornos virtuales de aprendizaje y práctica docente que se aplican en el contexto educativo. Se ha empleado un enfoque cuantitativo. El instrumento que viabilizó la investigación de campo, fue una encuesta validada. La población que ha formado parte del estudio, se conformó por 90 docentes de educación inicial que prestan sus servicios en este nivel. El análisis y procesamiento de la información, se efectuó mediante el uso del sistema SPSS v 27, en el cual se presenta frecuencias y porcentajes. Los hallazgos más importantes, dan cuenta de las dificultades que tuvieron al inicio de esta modalidad educativa los docentes y los retos que debieron enfrentar. Se concluye que, el uso de la tecnología en la educación, ha ayudado a desarrollar destrezas y se ha convertido en un desafío para todos los miembros de la comunidad educativa. The objective was to identify the types of virtual learning environments and teaching practice that are applied in the educational context. A quantitative approach has been used. The instrument that made the field research feasible was a validated survey. The population that has been part of the study was made up of 90 initial education teachers who provide their services at this level. The analysis and processing of the information was carried out through the use of the SPSS v 27 system, in which frequencies and percentages are presented. The most important findings account for the difficulties that teachers had at the beginning of this educational modality and the challenges they had to face. It is concluded that the use of technology in education has helped develop skills and has become a challenge for all members of the educational community.
