    El trabajo tiene como objetivo realizar el estudio histórico del proceso de orientación profesional pedagógica. La información es procesada a través de los diferentes métodos del nivel teórico y empírico, como el histórico-lógico, el analítico-sintético, así como el análisis documental y la entrevista a profesores de experiencia, directivos Municipal y Provincial de Educación. El sustento teórico de la investigación está en el Enfoque Histórico Cultural. El proceso de la investigación fue revelando las insuficiencias que se manifiesten en el proceso pedagógico de la Educación Preuniversitaria, que limitan los intereses profesionales hacia el estudio de carreras pedagógicas, especificamente hacia la carrera de Licenciatura en Educación. Matemática. Permitiendo establecer tres tendencias históricas fundamentales del proceso de orientación profesional pedagógica. La confiabilidad científica de este análisis histórico se constata como parte de la tesis doctoral de la autora principal.

    The work aims at accomplishing the historic study of the process of pedagogic vocational guidance. The information is processed through the different methods of the theoretic level and empiricist, like the historic logician, the analytical synthetic, as well as the documentary analysis and the interview to professors of experience, Municipal executives and Provincial of Education. The theoretic sustenance of investigation is in the Historic Cultural Focus. The process of investigation matched revealing the insufficiencies that be shown at the pedagogic process of the Pre-University Education, that they limit the professional interests toward the study of pedagogic races, specifically toward Mathematics. Allowing to establish three historic fundamental tendencies of the process of pedagogic vocational guidance. The scientific reliability of this historic analysis becomes verified as part of (under construction) the principal author's doctoral thesis.
