  Partiendo de la situación normativa y real de la temporalidad en el empleo público en España, se analizan las soluciones que, a corto y a medio plazo viene a establecer el reciente Real Decreto-Ley 14/2021, de 6 de Julio, tales como las modificaciones operadas en el texto del EBEP y el establecimiento de reglas precisas para un nuevo proceso de estabilización del trabajo temporal.

  By starting from the normative and actual conditions of the temporary nature of public employment in Spain, we analyse the solutions that, in the short and medium term are established in the recent Royal Decree-Law 14/2021, of July 6, such as the modifications operated in the text of the EBEP (Basic Statute of the Public Employee) and the establishment of precise rules for a new process of stabilisation of temporary work.
