    Este trabajo se ocupa de reflexionar sobre la pertinencia y la aceptabilidad necesarias en toda traducción poética, así como de las dificultades de integración, en los co-sistemas locales de la literatura receptora, de los textos que se traducen.  El caso de estudio al que se aplican estos conceptos es la traducción que hizo David Pujante, a finales del siglo XX, de la poesía de August von Platen, un poeta romántico alemán, esteticista y de gran perfección formal.

    This paper deals with several reflections on both the adequacy and acceptability in poetry translation and the challenges of integrating the translated work into the local co-systems of the target literature. The case of study is David Pujante’s translation of August von Platen’s poetry (a Romantic poet and German aestheticist who lived at the end of the 19th century, outstanding for his regard for formal perfection in poetry).
