Resumen de La autobiografía afro de una arteducadora llevada a las aulas de Oleiros y Malabo

Se comparte en el presente trabajo la puesta en práctica de estrategias artísticas extrapoladas de una autobiografía: la historia de vida de una mujer negra que habita un territorio mayoritariamente blanco. A través de una introspección personal, creo una metodología de Investigación Basada en las Artes protagonizada por recuerdos visuales y microrrelatos, mediante los cuales reflexiono acerca de hechos importantes de mi vida que conectan mi autopercepción con un discurso común y colectivo, que pone lo afro en el centro. Extrapolando esta experiencia ―y completándola con bibliografía y la obra de artistas referentes contemporáneos―, se obtienen estrategias artísticas educativas para trabajar con el alumnado el autoconocimiento, el respeto y la no discriminación. Un trabajo pedagógico y artístico con perspectiva decolonial, antirracista, afrofeminista y disidente en Educación Artística que transcurre en diferentes partes del mundo como son Oleiros (A Coruña, España)—con alumnado de primaria— y Malabo (Bioko, Guinea Ecuatorial)—con alumnado de secundaria—.

The implementation of artistic strategies extrapolated from an autobiography is shared in this work: the life story of a black woman who inhabits a predominantly white territory. Through personal introspection, I create an Arts-Based Research methodology starring visual memories and micro-stories, through which I reflect on important events in my life that connect my self-perception with a common and collective discourse, which puts the Afro into the center. Extrapolating this experience ―and supplementing it with bibliography and the work of contemporary reference artists―, educational artistic strategies are obtained to work with the students on self-knowledge, respect and non-discrimination. A pedagogical and artistic work with a decolonial, anti-racist, afrofeminist and dissident perspective in Art Education that takes place in different parts of the world such as Oleiros (A Coruña, Spain) —with primary school students— and Malabo (Bioko, Equatorial Guinea) —with students of high school.
