El presente trabajo se centra en la traducción alemán-español / españolalemán del etiquetado del vino y de los diferentes productos vitivinícolas. Para ello, en primer lugar, analizaremos el concepto de etiquetado según la ley europea.
Posteriormente, llevaremos a cabo una exhaustiva revisión de la normativa tanto sectorial como horizontal a nivel nacional y europeo ya se de obligado cumplimiento o facultativa. De esta forma, podemos determinar cuáles son los requisitos legales que el etiquetado del vino y demás productos vitivinícolas debe cumplir y cómo estos afectan a su traducción. Finalmente, analizaremos el etiquetado de dos botellas de vino, uno en alemán y otro en español. En dicho análisis se examinará los elementos del etiquetado y cómo estos deben traducirse cumpliéndose en todo momento la normativa vigente

: The current work focuses on the German-Spanish / Spanish-German translation of wine labelling and other wine sector products. To this end, we first analyze the definition of labelling according to European law. Later on, we carry out a detailed review of both sectoral and horizontal regulations at national and European level, whether mandatory or optional. In this way, we may establish what are the legal requirements that the labelling of wine and other wine sector products must meet, and how they affect its translation. Finally, we analyze the labelling of two wine bottles —one in German and the other one in Spanish—. In this analysis, the different elements present in the labelling are analyzed, as well as how these should be translated in compliance with current regulations.
