A universidade em nossa cultura é fortemente vinculada à formação da mão de obra e produção de conhecimentos, por sua vez a escola simplesmente é considerada um ambiente de transmissão de conteúdos permanentes e imutáveis. A falta de comunicação/aproximação entre estes dois âmbitos de ensino faz com que os alunos de graduação conheçam somente teoricamente o ambiente de ensino e que a escola continue restrita ao ensino sempre dos mesmos conteúdos e metodologias de ensino pouco criativas. O objetivo deste trabalho foi de refletir sobre o que permeia este abismo que há entre universidade-escola e apontar como real forma de estreitar os laços entre universidade e escola o Programa Institucional de Bolsa de Iniciação à Docência (PIBID), bem como analisar os primeiros anos do subprojeto Cultura Esportiva da Escola.

In our culture, the university is strongly tied to the workers formation and the knowledge production, the school on its side, has always been considered a device for the diffusion of permanent and unchangeable contents. The lack of communication between these two education areas only enables the students to have a theoretical knowledge of the teaching ambient and the school remains reduced to the teaching of the same contains with teaching methodologies that barely provide creative actions. The goal of this work is reflecting upon the aspects that characterize this abysm that exists between school and university and showing some ways in order to reinforce the links between school and university through the “Programa Institucional de Bolsas de Iniciaciação à Docência” (PIBID), and the analysis of the first years of the subproject “Cultura Esportiva da Escola”.
