Desde el resurgimiento de teorías como la neurociencia, la educación emocional y cognición corporeizada, el cuerpo -en su sentido más amplio y holístico- es fuente de inspiración e investigación de nuevos planteamientos educativos, formativos, culturales y sociales. Esta investigación se ha realizado con 19 personas (7 mujeres; 12 hombres) entre 22 a 40 años en formación de postgrado universitario en el Master de Ciencias de la Actividad Física y el Deporte (Universidad de Almería). Este trabajo utiliza como instrumento el uso de relatos biográficos narrativos corporales (38 relatos). En el procedimiento se utilizó el aporte teórico y práctico de técnicas psicocorporales que acercan al alumnado a un mejor conocimiento de sí mismo a través del trabajo de conciencia corporal. Al trabajo corporal se acompañan fotos propias del alumnado para facilitar el aporte teórico. La información recogida se ha organizado en seis ejes de análisis: 1. Cuerpo «deportivizado» o cuerpo entrenado para el deporte; 2. Cuerpo «sufriente» o cuerpo lesionado; 3. Cuerpo excluido o invisibilizado; 4. Cuerpo e imagen corporal o un cuerpo para los demás; 5. Cuerpo de gimnasio versus cuerpo saludable; 6. Cuerpo sintiente o los nuevos analfabetismos «corpoemocionales». Las narrativas corporales nos acercan al conocimiento que el alumnado en formación tiene de sí, de la realidad que han vivido y de cómo han construido el sentido de sus prácticas motrices. Al mismo tiempo, la información que aportan las técnicas psicocorporales amplía el espectro de conocimiento y herramientas para considerar que el cuerpo no es un mero instrumento mecánico sino el acceso directo a la experiencia, a la historia de vida y a los constructos sobre los que se cimienta la futura profesión.

From the resurgence of theories such as neuroscience, emotional education and embodied cognition, the body, to the broadest and holistic sense, is the source of inspiration and the investigation of new educational, formative, cultural and social approaches. This research has been carried out with 19 people (7 women, 12 men) between 22 and 40 years old in postgraduate university education in the Master of Science of Physical Activity and Sports (University of Almeria). This work uses as an instrument the use of «biographical narrative body stories» (38 stories). In the procedure, it is a theoretical and practical contribution of psycho-corporal techniques that approach the students to a better knowledge of themselves through a body awareness work. The bodywork is accompanied by photos of the students to facilitate the theoretical contribution. The information has been organized in six axes of analysis: 1. «Sports» body or body trained for sport; 2. «Suffering» body or injured body; 3. Body «excluded» or invisibilized; 4. Body and body image or a body for others; 5. Gym body versus healthy body; 6. Body that feels or the new «corporeal emotional» illiteracy. The body narratives bring us closer in the formation of students to the knowledge they have of themselves, the experiences they have lived and the meaning they give to their motor practices. At the same time, the information provided by the psycho-corporal techniques broadens the spectrum of knowledge and the tools to consider that the body is not a mechanical instrument, but the direct access to experience, the history of life and the buildings on which it is built. builds your future profession.
