Resumen de La formación permanente del profesorado en la etapa de educación obligatoria: entre las declaraciones y las prácticas.

  En esta comunicación, elaborada en el marco de un proyecto de investigación I+D sobre la formación continua del profesorado que imparte docencia durante la escolaridad obligatoria, se presentan y comentan algunos datos procedentes de la Comunidad Autónoma de Murcia sobre las políticas oficiales de formación continua y sobre valoraciones que realizan los docentes de los contenidos y actividades formativas. La información, obtenida y elaborada a partir del análisis de contenido de la normativa autonómica sobre el tema y del análisis cuantitativo de datos de un cuestionario cumplimentado por docentes de Primaria y Educación Secundaria Obligatoria, permite realizar algunas reflexiones y consideraciones acerca de la coherencia entre las políticas que definen y regulan tanto los significados y propósitos de la formación continua de profesorado, como de sus contenidos y condiciones de desarrollo ,y las acciones formativas que de hecho, se llevan a cabo con los docentes.

  In this communication, developed within the framework of a R & D investigation project about the lifelong learning of teachers working in compulsory schooling , some data coming from the Autonomous Community of Murcia about lifelong learning official policies and the assessments made by teachers about the contents and training activities are presented and discussed. The information, gained and prepared from the analysis of the contents of the Regional Government regulations about this matter and from the quantitative analysis of the data of a questionnaire completed by Primary and Secondary Education teachers, encourage some reflections and considerations about the coherence between the policies that define and regulate both the meaning and purposes of the lifelong learning of the teachers and its contents and conditions for development and the training actions that, in fact, teachers carry out.
