    La compraventa viviendas entre países como España, Argentina, Reino Unido y Estados Unidos se encuentra, actualmente, en pleno auge. Este negocio inmobiliario trae consigo no solo un gran trasiego de capital nacional e internacional, sino también una alta demanda de redacción y traducción de contratos para cuya tarea, a día de hoy, el traductor apenas cuenta con recursos especializados. Con esta idea en mente surge el principal objetivo de este trabajo, a saber, facilitar los procesos relacionados con la traducción y redacción de contratos de compraventa de viviendas en las transacciones entre España, Argentina, Reino Unido y Estados Unidos a través de la implementación de un sitio web de acceso gratuito que contenga recursos documentales diseñados para tal fin. Estos recursos, que se alojarán en el sitio web COMPARVENTACOR, y serán, en particular, un glosario, la legislación aplicable, un gestor de corpus y unas plantillas para la redacción semiautomática de estos contratos, permitirán a sus usuarios reducir tiempo, costes e, incluso, intermediarios, lo que hará aumentar las ganancias y la productividad. Los usuarios potenciales del sitio web COMPRAVENTACOR, y de los recursos que en él se ofrecen, se prevé que sean no solo traductores, sino también otros profesionales como intérpretes, lingüistas, terminólogos o juristas, pasando por los propios agentes inmobiliarios o notarios, llegando, incluso, hasta los propios compradores de manera individual sin la intervención de terceros.

    The buying and selling homes between countries such as Spain, Argentina, the United Kingdom and the United States is currently growing. This real estate business brings with it not only a largemovement of international capital, but also a high demand for writing and translating of housing purchase and sale agreements. However, at present, translators hardly have resources to carry out this task effectively. Thereby, the main objective of this work arises, namely, to facilitate the processes related to the translation and writing of housing purchase and sale agreementsin transactions between Spain, Argentina, the United Kingdom and the United States through the implementation of a free access web sitecontaining documentary resources designed for thatpurpose. These resources, which will be housed on the COMPARVENTACOR website, will be a glossary, the law applicable, a corpus management tool andtemplates for the semi-automatic writing of housing purchase and sale agreements. These resourceswill allow their usersto reduce time, cost and even intermediaries, which will increase profits and productivity. The potential users of the COMPRAVENTACOR website, and the resources it offers, are expected to be not only translators, but also other professionals such as interpreters, linguists, terminologists or even lawyers, including real estate agents or notaries, reaching the buyers themselves individually.
