Resumen de Avaliações externas escolares: a visão da equipe gestora de uma escola em Olinda

  The present research was carried out in two municipal schools in the city of Olinda, which obtained the highest and lowest marks in the Portuguese Language Test in 2015. The first phase of the research was a documentary analysis of the Pedagogical Proposal of Olinda City Hall, the document reference of the Brazil Proof, the Political Pedagogical Project (PPP) of the schools investigated and supporting documents as Class Diaries. Subsequently, questionnaires were carried out with the management team. This work allowed us to understand the profile of school management in the face of external evaluation. It was possible to perceive that in general, managers understand the purpose of external evaluations. The influence of external evaluation within the school context was visible in the questionnaires. The complexity that surrounds the evaluation theme leads us to verify the need in future work to understand the teachers' vision in this process.

  A presente pesquisa foi realizada em duas escolas municipais da cidade de Olinda, que obtiveram a maior e menor nota na Prova Brasil de Língua Portuguesa em 2015. A primeira fase da pesquisa foi uma análise documental da Proposta Pedagógica da Prefeitura de Olinda, o documento de referência da Prova Brasil, do Projeto Político Pedagógico (PPP) das escolas investigadas e documentos comprobatórios como Diários de Classe. Logo após foram realizados questionários com a equipe gestora. Este trabalho nos permitiu compreender o perfil da gestão escolar frente a questão da avaliação externa. Foi possível perceber que no geral, as gestoras compreendem a finalidade das avaliações externas. A influencia da avaliação externa dentro do âmbito escolar foi visível nos questionários. A complexidade que envolve a temática da avaliação nos leva a verificar a necessidade em trabalhos futuros de compreender a visão dos docentes neste processo.
