    El presente trabajo se sustenta en la necesidad de aceptar, en el ámbito universitario, las diferentes maneras de interactuar con el cono-cimiento tanto por parte de los estudiantes como de los docentes.El trabajo que aquí se muestra comienza con una presentación de los estilos de enseñanza y aprendizaje y un diagnóstico sobre cómo se enseña y se aprende en la Facultad de Economía y Empresa-sección Elcano.Este análisis tiene una doble finalidad. En primer lugar, orientar y ayudar a los estudiantes a ser conscientes de cómo aprenden, y así pue-dan apoyarse en sus fortalezas para mejorar su proceso de aprendizaje; en segundo lugar, se pretende que los docentes sean conscientes de que sus estudiantes aprenden de formas distintas, y que analicen si los entor-nos de aprendizaje que generan se adecuan a las necesidades de sus es-tudiantes. Por último, en la investigación se propone incluir los mecanis-mos de recogida de información y orientación en el plan estratégico de los centros universitarios, y conseguir la implicación de todo el personal.

    This paper is based on the need to accept the different ways of in-teracting with knowledge, both students and lecturers, at a university environment.This paper begins with a presentation of different teaching andlearning styles and a diagnosis of how the teaching and learning proc-esses are carried out at the Faculty of Economics and Business-Elcano section.The purpose of this analysis is twofold: firstly, guiding and helping students to be aware of how they learn and thus, enabling them to rely on their strengths in order to improve their learning process; secondly, teachers are expected to be aware that their students learn in different ways, and to analyze if the learning environments they generate are adapted to the needs of their students. Finally, the research proposes including the mechanisms for gathering information and guidance in the strategic plan of the university centers, and getting the involvement of all the staff.

    Unibertsitate esparruan, bai ikasleen aldetik nola irakasleen aldetik, jakintzaz elkar eragiteko modu desberdinak daudela onartzearen beharra da lan honen oinarria. Hurrengo lerroetan, lehenik eta behin, irakasteko eta ikasteko erak adierazten dira, eta zehazki, Ekonomia eta Enpresa Fakultateko Elkano atalean ikasteko eta irakasteko erei buruz egindako diagnostikoa aurkezten da.

    Azterketa honek bi helburu ditu, lehenik, ikasleei orientazioa eskaintzea eta ikaskuntza-prozesuaz jabetzen laguntzea, eta hartara ikasle bakoitzak, bere indargunetan sustengatuta, ikasketa-prozesua hobe de-zan; bigarrenik, irakasleek ikasleek modu desberdinetan ikasten dutela ohartaraztea du helburu, eta irakasleek sortzen dituzten ikaste-inguruneak ikasleen beharrei egokitzen zaizkien aztertzea. Azkenik, ikerketan, orientatzeko eta informazioa biltzeko behar diren mekanismoak unibertsitateko ikastegien plan estrategikoetan sartzea proposatzen da eta langile guztien inplikazioa lortzea baita ere.
