Resumen de Calcos fraseológicos del portugués en el español canario
Toe influence of the Portuguese language on lhe Spanish spoken in the Canary lslands is not limited to the sphere of phonology, grammar, vocabulary and syntax but also affects the level of phraseology. Toe present article includes a semantic analysis of idiomatic expressions of Portuguese origin that took root in the Canary Island Spanish and discusses features shared by lexical-semantic groups of Portuguese idioms in the Canary lsland version of Portuguese phraseology in Canarian Spanish.
