    Mi objetivo es divulgar reflexiones sobre la percepción de representantes, profesores y estudiantes, relativas al uso de recursos educativos tecnológicos en tiempos de COVID19. Obtuve la información mediante cuestionario de 20 preguntas abiertas, enviadas por correo, conversaciones, mensajes de WhatsApp, redes sociales. La investigación tiene perspectiva fenomenológica interpretativa. Método etnográfico. Hice el análisis agrupando palabras y textos significantes hasta conformar categorías. Encontré: escasa preparación en docentes, representantes y estudiantes, en el uso de la TIC, así como inexistencia de estructura tecnológica y comunicacional adecuada, dificultades en el acceso a equipos para la EaD.     My objective is to disseminate reflections on the perception of representatives, teachers and students, regarding the use of technological educational resources in times of COVID19. I obtained the information through a questionnaire of 20 open questions, sent by mail, conversations, WhatsApp messages, social networks. The research has an interpretive phenomenological perspective. Ethnographic method. I did the analysis grouping significant words and texts to form categories. I found: low preparation in teachers, representatives and students, in the use of ITIC, as well as the absence of an adequate technological and communicational structure, difficulties in accessing equipment for ED.
