Estudio de las capacidades y perfil emprendedor de estudiantes de nivel medio superior dentro de un contexto rural

    La creación y desarrollo de empresas a nivel medio superior debería ser un tema de interés fundamental dentro de la administración pública de los países, puesto que los emprendedores, al poner en marcha su idea de negocio, propician el autoempleo, y también para los entes que lo rodean, generando recursos económicos que fomentan el desarrollo de los territorios. El objetivo principal de esta investigación fue conocer la influencia que ejerce la variable independiente Perfil emprendedor y variables de control (género, estado laboral y ocupación de la madre), sobre la variable dependiente Capacidad emprendedora. Se analizaron un total de 45 alumnos que tienen por peculiaridad pertenecer a dos instituciones de educación media superior en una comunidad rural. Los resultados proyectan una relación significativa entre la variable independiente y dependiente, también se observa cómo las variables de control género, estado laboral y ocupación de la madre afectan negativamente, mientras que (Perfil emprendedor y estado civil) afectan positivamente la capacidad emprendedora. Una de las conclusiones obtenidas fue que el contar con un perfil emprendedor aumenta las posibilidades de éxito en la creación de una empresa. Hay que mencionar, además, que este será un detonante para el desarrollo de la capacidad emprendedora.

    The creation and development of companies at the higher middle level should be a topic of fundamental interest within the public administration of the countries, since entrepreneurs when launching their business idea promote self-employment, and also for the entities that surround them, generating economic resources that encourage the development of the territories. The main objective of this research is to know the influence exerted by the independent variable Entrepreneurial profile and control variables (gender, employment status and occupation of the mother), on the dependent variable Entrepreneurship. A total of 45 students whose peculiarity to belong to two institutions of higher secondary education in a rural community will be analyzed. The results project a significant relationship between the independent and dependent variable, it is also observed how the control variables (gender, employment status and occupation of the mother) negatively affected, while (Entrepreneurial profile and marital status) positively affected the entrepreneurial capacity. One of the conclusions obtained was that having an entrepreneurial profile increases the chances of success in creating a company. It should be mentioned, in addition to this that it will be a trigger for the development of entrepreneurial capacity.
