In the context of Computer Assisted Language Learning (CALL), significant efforts are made to implement language teaching methodologies that incorporate technology to enable language learning in e-learning and blended learning environments. We propose a methodological model for the implementation of a b-learning module for teaching English as a foreign language. Our model (including task based and cooperative learning) vs. face to face methodology (including a communicative approach) was contrasted and tested. The findings suggest the experimental group, which worked with the blended model, had a considerable language improvement compared to the control group that used the face to face method
