    La creación y configuración de la prestación del ingreso mínimo vital ha abierto una puerta importante, incorporándose España a aquellos países de la Unión Europea que han previsto una prestación económica para cubrir el riesgo de pobreza. Sin embargo, la regulación normativa actual adolece de algunos problemas, entre ellos los relativos a las obligaciones de las personas beneficiarias de la prestación y a las sanciones correspondientes por su incumplimiento. Entre estos, el presente texto tiene la finalidad de poner sobre la mesa los más evidentes, entre los cuales se encuentran los relativos a la coordinación de las prestaciones de la Seguridad social en el ámbito europeo y el Brexit, desde el punto de vista de los ciudadanos españoles que regresen desde el Reino Unido y se encuentren en situación de vulnerabilidad económica

    The creation and configuration of the minimum vital income benefit has opened an important door, Spain joining those countries of the European Union that have provided an economic benefit to cover the risk of poverty. However, the current regulatory regulation suffers from some problems, among them those related to the obligations of the beneficiaries and the corresponding sanctions for non-compliance. Among these, the present text related to the coordination of social security benefits at the European level and Brexit, from the point of view of the Spanish citizens who return from the United Kingdom and are in a situation of economic vulnerability
