Los concursos como herramienta para visibilizar buenas prácticas de integración educativa ante la movilidad humana

    Dado que la música es un lenguaje universal, cantar ayuda a mejorar la conciencia corporal y emocional, facilita la memorización, genera bienestar y proporciona herramientas para la resolución de conflictos, por ello, damos importancia en el plan de acogida del centro al uso de la música como vehículo de integración intercultural facilitando la comunicación, solidaridad y el respeto por la diversidad cultural de los pueblos.

    El coro se inició como una actividad lúdica durante el recreo, para participar en las diferentes celebraciones del centro. Se comprobó que favorecía la inclusión del alumnado en el centro independientemente de su nacionalidad, género, edad, cultura, etnia…, al respirar dentro de las actividades llevadas a cabo un buen ambiente de convivencia y compañerismo. Actualmente nuestro coro cuenta con 38 alumnos de 14 nacionalidades y etnias diferentes.

    La metodología empleada es activa y participativa: da más importancia al desarrollo de la inteligencia emocional que al virtuosismo vocal. Por parte del profesorado queremos que los chicos/as sean respetuosos, constantes, empáticos y esto lo trabajamos no desde el autoritarismo, sino desde la sencillez, paciencia, perseverancia, cariño y esfuerzo. En ocasiones puntuales, hacemos uso de las nuevas tecnologías con las que cuenta el centro, por ejemplo, proyector, ordenador, etc.

    Since music is a universal language, singing helps improve body and emotional awareness, facilitates memorization, generates well-being and provides tools for conflict resolution. In our center, we give importance to the use of music as a vehicle for intercultural integration, facilitating communication, solidarity and respect for the cultural diversity of the people.

    The choir began as a recreational activity during school recess with the aim of taking part of the center’s celebrations. It was found that it favored the inclusion of students regardless of their nationality, gender, age, culture, ethnicity ..., by breathing a good atmosphere of coexistence and companionship through the activities carried out.

    Currently our choir has 38 students from 14 different nationalities and ethnicities.

    The methodology used is active and participatory: it gives more importance to the development of emotional intelligence than to vocal virtuosity. The teaching staff want them to be respectful, constant, empathic and thus we work not from authoritarianism, but from simplicity, patience, perseverance, affection and effort. On specific occasions, we make use of the new technologies that our center offers, for example, projector, computer, etc.

    音乐是一种通用语言，唱歌有助于增强身体和情感意识，改善记忆，提高幸福感并提供解 决冲突的工具。因此，在学校的新生接纳计划中我们重视将音乐的使用作为跨文化融合的 媒介，以促进人们的沟通，团结和对文化多样性的尊重。 合唱团始于一项课娱活动，并参加该校的各种庆祝活动。目前，我们的合唱团有来自14个 不同民族和国家的38名学生。 该项目采用积极、有参与性的方法：与语音技巧相比，我们更强调活动对情商的发展。作为 教师，我们希望男女生相互尊重，有恒心，富有同理心。我们从自身工作的单纯、耐心、毅 力、爱心和努力角度培养这些方面的情感，而不是向学生施加老师的权威。有时候在活动 中我们也利用学校拥有的新技术，例如投影仪、计算机等。

    Учитывая, что музыка является универсальным языком, пение помогает улучшить телесное и эмоциональное восприятие, облегчает запоминание, создает условия для благополучия и предоставляет инструменты для урегулирования конфликтов. По этой причине мы придаем важное значение во время приема в центр вопросам использования музыки в качестве инструмента межкультурной интеграции, содействуя общению, солидарности и уважению культурного разнообразия народов.

    Хор начал свою работу в период перерыва в качестве развлекательного мероприятия, для участия в различных торжествах центра. В настоящее время в хоре обучаются 38 учеников 14 национальностей и этнических групп.

    Используется активная и партисипативная методология: она придает большее значение развитию эмоционального развития, чем вокальной виртуозности. Учителя стремятся к тому, чтобы дети были уважительными, последовательными, чуткими, и работают над этим без авторитаризма, а с простотой, терпением, настойчивостью, любовью и старанием. В особых случаях мы используем новые технологии, которыми располагает центр, например, проектор, компьютер и т.д.
