    El presente artículo resume un estudio realizado por el Instituto Iberoamericano de Patrimonio Natural y Cultural de la Organización del Convenio Andrés Bello, con ayuda de las investigadoras Tracey Tokuhama-Espinosa, Ph.D, Cynthia Borja, Ph.D. y Mishel Tirira, B.A.S titulado “Tendencias innovadoras a nivel mundial en Recursos Educativos Digitales (RED)”, el cual fue elaborado con el objetivo de contribuir a la fase de diagnóstico de la Estrategia de Integración Educativa (ESINED: Currículo, Recursos Educativos y Formación Docente).

    Dicho estudio ofrece un diagnóstico sobre el estado del arte de los RED, referente a la producción, gestión, difusión, uso pedagógico y evaluación del uso pedagógico de Recursos Educativos Digitales y no digitales exitosos a nivel global. Para su desarrollo se plantearon tres grandes preguntas de investigación: ¿Cómo y hasta qué punto los recursos educativos digitales existentes apoyan las necesidades académicas de los estudiantes? ¿Cómo y hasta qué punto los recursos educativos digitales existentes están sustentados con evidencia? ¿Cómo y hasta qué punto los recursos educativos digitales se comparan con los recursos educativos tradicionales? La metodología empleada en este estudio se basó en la revisión sistemática de literatura y de evidencias publicadas sobre recursos educativos, disponibles tanto en español como en inglés. Como resultado del estudio se pudo determinar la situación actual de recursos educativos disponibles, el contexto del docente en relación con el uso de RED, las políticas vinculadas a los RED y las investigaciones llevadas a cabo en el mundo en torno a esta temática. Los hallazgos encontrados se detallarán de mejor manera en este artículo.

    This article summarizes a study conducted by the Ibero-American Institute of Natural and Cultural Heritage of the organization of the Andrés Bello Agreement, with the help of researchers Tracey Tokuhama-Espinosa, Ph.D, Cynthia Borja, Ph.D. and Mishel Tirira, BAS entitled “Innovative Trends Worldwide, in Digital Educational Resources (DER)” which was developed with the objective of contributing to the diagnostic phase of the Educational Integration Strategy (ESINED: Curriculum, Educational Resources and Teacher training. For the development of this study, three major research questions were posed: How and to what extent do the existing digital educational resources support the academic needs of the students? How and to what extent are existing digital educational resources supported by evidence? How and to what extent do digital educational resources compare with traditional educational resources? The methodology used in this study was based on the systematic review of literature and published evidence concerning educational resources, available in Spanish and English. As a result of the study, it was possible to determine the current situation regarding the available educational resources, the teacher’s context in relation to the use of DER, the existing policies related to DER and the research carried out in the world related to this subject; the findings made from them will be better detailed in this article

    本文介绍了由安德烈斯·贝洛协定组织 (Organización del Convenio Andrés Bello) 下的伊 比利亚美洲自然文化遗产研究所进行的一项研究。该研究受到研究员Tracey TokuhamaEspinosa博士和Cynthia Borja博士的协助。 Mishel Tirira撰写的“全球数字教育资源的创新 趋势（RED）”为教育融合战略的诊断阶段做出贡献（ESINED：课程、教育资源和教师培训）。这项研究对 RED现状的创造、传播和教学使用提供了诊断性分析，同样对全球范围内使用 数字和非数字教育资源的成功经验进行了评估。文章提出了三个主要的研究问题：现有的 数字教育资源如何以及在何种程度上满足学生的学习需求？现有数字教育资源如何以及 在何种程度上有据可证？数字教育资源与传统教育资源如何以及在何种程度上进行比较？ 这项研究中使用的方法是基于文献的系统回顾以及与之相关的中西文教育资源。研究结 果展现了现存教育资源的现状，与使用RED有关的教师背景，与RED相关的政策以及在世 界范围内对该问题的研究现状。该研究的发现将在文章中做进一步的介绍。

    В этой статье обобщается исследование, проведенное Иберо-американским институтом природного и культурного наследия Организации конвенции Андреса Бельо при содействии исследователей Трейси Токухама-Эспиноза, доктора философии, Синтии Борха, доктора философии, и Мишеля Тириры, бакалавра наук, под названием «Инновационные тенденции на глобальном уровне в области цифровых образовательных ресурсов (RED)», которое было подготовлено с целью содействия диагностической фазе Стратегии интеграции образования (ESINED).

    Данное исследование предлагает диагностику состояния RED, ссылаясь на производство, управление, распространение, педагогическое использование и оценку педагогического использования успешных Цифровых и Нецифровых образовательных ресурсов на глобальном уровне. Для его разработки были поставлены три основных вопроса: Как и в какой степени существующие цифровые образовательные ресурсы поддерживают академические потребности студентов? Как и в какой степени существующие цифровые образовательные ресурсы подтверждаются фактическими данными? Как и в какой степени цифровые образовательные ресурсы сравниваются с традиционными образовательными ресурсами? Методология, использованная в этом исследовании, основывалась на систематическом обзоре литературы и опубликованных данных об образовательных ресурсах, имеющихся как на испанском, так и на английском языках. В результате исследования удалось определить текущее положение дел с имеющимися образовательными ресурсами, контекст преподавателя в связи с использованием RED, политику, связанную с RED, а также исследования, проводимые в мире по этому предмету. Подробнее о найденных результатах будет рассказано в этой статье.
