La puesta al día de la evaluación de los aprendizajes en Chile: una aproximación a la nueva política de evaluación

    El artículo analiza las concepciones evaluativas que emanan de las respectivas prescripciones legales, valorándolas en cuanto inspiran y condicionan de forma estructural la evaluación de los aprendizajes en las instituciones educativas. Se realiza un contrapunto entre una forma tradicional, eminentemente técnica de concebir la evaluación; enmarcada en los decretos N° 511/1997, N° 112/1999 y N° 83/2001, y que han orientado la evaluación de los aprendizajes por dos décadas; y una nueva forma que enfatiza un uso preferentemente pedagógico de la evaluación, dictada por el decreto N° 67/2018, que comienza a regir el año 2020, planteando una serie de desafíos a la formación pedagógica y a las instituciones educativas que deberán gestionar el cambio, en virtud de contribuir a la mejora de los aprendizajes de todos y todas las estudiantes.

    The article analyzes the evaluative conceptions that emanate from the respective legal prescriptions, valuing them as soon as they condition, in a structural way, the evaluation of learning in educational institutions. A counterpoint is made between a traditional and eminently technical way of conceiving the evaluation, framed in decrees No.

    511/1997, No. 112/1999 and No. 83/2001 and that have guided the evaluation of learning for two decades and a new way that emphasizes a preferably pedagogical use of the evaluation, dictated by decree No. 67/2018 that begins to govern the year 2020. It poses a series of challenges to the pedagogical training and the educational institutions that must manage the change to contribute to the improvement of the learning of all students.
